No two days are ever the same when working for one of Scotland’s top PR consultancies and its diverse stable of blue-chip clients.  One moment you can be writing a newsletter and the next pitching a story angle to a business journalist, drafting a PR plan or in a team brainstorm for a pitch. 

As an account manager, it’s my responsibility to work with colleagues and clients to deliver what we promise.

Certainly the world of PR presents very different challenges and opportunities to those I previously encountered as a freelance travel and adventure sports journalist.

On the consumer side, my clients include Graham’s The Family Dairy and Camelot.  As part of the 3x1 Sport team, I’m also responsible for communicating the sterling work of the charity Winning Scotland Foundation.  I’ve also handled PR briefs for the likes of sportscotland, Commonwealth Games Scotland and Culture & Sport Glasgow.
