Pamela McDade – Account Director Since starting a career in communications back in 2001, I have had the privilege of managing public relations activity for a number of private, public and third sector organisations including: O2, National Grid, High Speed Rail UK, Unite the Union and Edinburgh’s Telford College to name a few. PR has always been my passion - so much so that I was practising the discipline long before I fully understood its many functions - a realisation that came to me after having worked in a communications role for almost two years. In a bid to enhance my practical skills I enrolled at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, where I gained a bachelors degree in Public Relations with Media. Still not satisfied at that, I then went onto study for an Advanced Certificate in PR with Cambridge Marketing College, a professional qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). As a seasoned communicator my key strengths are listening to and understanding clients’ aspirations and expectations, helping them reach their business goals by complementing their hard work with my media relations and stakeholder management expertise.
