A journalism graduate from Napier University, Phil specialises in public affairs and corporate communications conducting weekly parliamentary monitoring for a number of 3x1 clients.
He joined 3x1 from the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Seafish) where he had responsibility for internal and stakeholder communications, parliamentary monitoring and Westminster liaison in the press office.
Prior to that he was a press researcher at Press Data Bureau with extensive public and private sector clients.
