This role will include:

  • Creating social media content strategies for consumer, corporate and public sector clients and ensuring they are delivered effectively
  • Developing creative social media content calendars and managing posting of content
  • Monitoring accounts and community management, engaging with followers in line with brand guidelines
  • Planning and managing paid for campaigns
  • Analysing and understanding social media audiences - audience research, competitor research and benchmarking
  • Producing monthly analytics reports and advising on improvements or changes to strategic approach
  • Working with account teams, keyword research and monitoring trends to identify opportunities for social media activity as part of integrated campaigns

We are looking for someone with:

  • In-depth insight and understanding of the main social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Around three to four years’ experience managing social media content on a day to day basis
  • Strong copywriting skills and good attention to detail
  • A creative, analytical mindset
  • A track record in delivering paid for campaigns – advertising certifications would be preferred but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Sprout Social
